To initiate our services, we charge a one-time, non-refundable consultation fee of $5.00 USD (or equivalent local currency). Please note that all charges processed through this Platform will appear on your bank or credit card statement under the name Stacklab X Limited. By purchasing this service, you explicitly consent to the digital service beginning immediately upon payment.
3. User Obligations and Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information. Stacklab X Limited bears no responsibility for visa rejections, travel delays, or legal issues arising from false, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you during the consultation process.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UK and international law, Stacklab X Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including financial loss, missed flights, or non-refundable bookings resulting from visa delays or rejections. The final decision to issue a visa rests entirely with the sovereign government of your destination.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms or the use of touristvisaservices.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
