Visa waiver granted if there is no Israeli visa or seal and traveler has a telephone number, an address in Lebanon, and a non refundable return or circle trip ticket. Pagers and handheld radios prohibited from boarding flights in Lebanon to protect aviation safety. The US government advises its citizens not to visit Lebanon due to crime, terrorism, civil unrest, kidnapping, unexploded landmines, and the risk of armed conflict.
