- ❖Visa waiver program rules: One can enter for 60 days per visa exempt stay. One can enter an unlimited number of times via air. Maximum of two entries if entering by sea or land. Else, one need hard visa. Overstayers will be banned and fined upon departure depending on length of overstay. All passengers must complete the Thai Digital Arrival Card (TDAC), which is available starting 3 days before arrival.
